Rafael Flores

From the town of Cidra Puerto Rico Rafael has positioned himself as one of the best chefs in the country. At only 34 years old, Rafael runs his own sustainable organic farming farm where he grows bees, citrus crops and premium organic juices under the name Rosa Maria International. He himself has also been cooking for 22 years and comes from a family of chefs with more than 30 years in the industry. Inspired by the time he spent in Chihuahua Mexico in the town of Hispaniola, Rafael brings us a unique and native experience that you will taste in his dishes here at Salty Señorita. Our chef promises to take us on a culinary experience that will transport us to the essence of Mexico in San Juan Puerto Rico.
